Malia is a proud mother of two boys who has deepened her roots in the vibrant community of Kailua, O'ahu. She embodies a steadfast commitment to both her family and her surroundings. As a devoted mother, she passionately champions the promotion of a healthy and active lifestyle, instilling values of wellness and vitality in her family and community. With a genuine love for her island home and a strong sense of cultural identity, Malia serves as a beacon of strength and resilience, nurturing connections and fostering a sense of belonging among those around her. Through her dedication to family and community, Malia exemplifies the spirit of aloha, embracing each day with warmth, compassion, and unwavering positivity.

Her athletic journey commenced in her formative years, where Malia discovered a fervent passion for sports. From excelling in soccer and volleyball and softball, she cultivated a profound appreciation for teamwork and camaraderie. Transitioning into adulthood, Malia remained steadfast in her pursuit of physical activity, assuming coaching roles in youth soccer and embracing the rigorous discipline of canoe paddling and Crossfit.

Professionally, Malia boasts over 15 years of experience in the legal sector, serving in pivotal roles at Gallagher Kane Amai & Reyes and Anthology, FINN Partners. Her tenure has equipped her with invaluable skills in teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication.

Driven by her unwavering commitment to community engagement and athletic excellence, Malia eagerly joins the Soul Creation Foundation team. Here, she endeavors to leverage her expertise to empower the next generation of athletes and leaders from diverse backgrounds.
